Feasibility & site survey
Location and coordinates, shading analysis, roof or ground condition, grid point, load profile — recorded in a formal site survey report with methodology, drawings and a summary.
We are an EPC contractor and an O&M operator in the same company. That means the team that simulated your yield is the team that has to defend it for the next twenty-five years.
Location and coordinates, shading analysis, roof or ground condition, grid point, load profile — recorded in a formal site survey report with methodology, drawings and a summary.
Panel and inverter model, string and array configuration, tilt, climate data, active surface area, irradiation, system efficiency, performance ratio, specific annual yield and the monthly generation forecast.
Detailed BOQ, component data sheets, country of origin, warranty terms and previous approvals — submitted for client approval before a single crate is ordered.
IFC, infrastructure, solar system and electrical room drawings, each carrying the quality control wet stamp — plus step-by-step installation and testing method statements with their Inspection Test Plans.
In-house crews working to the approved method statement, with a QC engineer raising CRFIs and closing checklists before each stage is covered up.
Startup, a four-hour performance test, the Provisional Acceptance Certificate, complete documentation, and a Final Acceptance Certificate backed by yield inspection over the warranty period.
Planning, system design, output simulation and feasibility analysis before anything is bought.
Sourcing best-in-class European components through our partner network, with the paperwork to prove it.
Renewable energy system installations executed on time by in-house crews working to an approved method statement.
Grid connection, performance testing and the handover package that turns a construction site into an asset.
Monitoring, repair, spare parts storage and cleaning across the whole asset lifetime.
Automatic dry-cleaning robots for sites where water is scarce or access is awkward.
Clean solar panels produce more electricity than dirty panels, which makes cleaning an important point of consideration for our clients. We devise our cleaning technique based on the factors that govern each installation: the size of a project guides the choice between manual and automatic cleaning, while its location and accessibility influence the dry versus wet technique.
Optimising the performance and energy yield of our installations is achieved through O&M services encompassing preventive and corrective measures, tests, repairs, monitoring and spare parts. Assigned task-related project teams ensure timely reporting and flexible on-site service timelines.
Scheduled mechanical inspections, on-call support in case of failures and managed spare parts stocked in our own warehouse — so a fault is a service visit rather than a shutdown.
We run professional, accurate simulations in PV SOL and Polysun to predict the performance of a solar system before it is installed — and to benchmark the real plant against that prediction afterwards.
For sites where water is scarce or access is awkward we install automatic dry-cleaning robots — one per shed or array row, scheduled twice daily, with performance visible through a cloud account. Our Abo Hamour installation for Kahramaa runs four robots across 71.28 kWp of parking sheds.
Tell us about the site, the load and the timeline. We will come back with a feasibility view, a simulated yield and a clear route to commissioning.
